Delta Cargo Equation Service Failure Claim

Written complaints must be filed within twenty-one (21) days after the date of delivery of the shipment by Delta. A case number will be assigned within 5 business days as detailed in the instructions for completing claim

EQUATION must be properly booked electronically, in advance, and shall be deemed delayed if unavailable to consignee or agent within two (2) hours of the originally scheduled flight's arrival; with said time beginning after Customs' release.

Refund Rules and Regulations

  • Equation shipments up to 100 kilos are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Equation shipments over 100 kilos are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Max refund $3000 per AWB. Money Back Guarantee is subject to document verification including air waybill preparation and package labeling in conformity with Equation product requirements.
  • Prepaid charges must be paid, not to be deducted. If approved, your reimbursement will be processed after payment of the shipment transportation charges.
  • Surcharges and fees are non-refundable.
  • Delays due to weather, mechanical, or other circumstances beyond Delta's control do not qualify for a refund.

All claims to be submitted within twenty one (21) days after the date of acceptance of the shipment by Delta. Delay submitting could preclude consideration of your claim.
